A light shines ever so bright..

Another wish for yet another night..

Lost in dreams will they only take flight..

Sending your thoughts to me when i see the light..

I feel you by my side holding me so tight..

I feel the touch of your skin against me..

I think to myself could this really be..

Hoping and praying i dont wake up to see.

That for another day there was only me.

I see your smile when I close my eyes.

I'm worried that you can't hear my cries.

Staring out this window I see the blue skies.

And then my hope you has gone dry.

You told me you would always be there..

Now all I do is see people stop and stare..

I see now my life is only but a dare..

I thought above all people that you would be the one to care.

Your gone and now i have nothing..

You walked out the door not stopping..

I see my wishes in your eyes were always something..

But now I know who was bluffing..

My hopes and dreams went away when you decided to say goodbye.. I am lost and weary, but one day you will realize i was the best thing, that ever happened to you.. But now its time to move on and forget you.. You hurt me too much for me to not say goodbye.  Leaving you was the hardest thing i had to do but now im dry. I feel i have nothing more to give but i will soon find someone that will give me more then what you did.. Goodnight and i hope you feel safe insecure knowing that you will never have me there!! Goodnight my love, sweet dreams!
