Today, tomorrow, forever

This is my life

I do as I please...with you in mind

All I ever asked for was the time of day

A hopeful glance

Maybe a chance

To start this out as prefect as we can



I met you yesterday

You only really know my name

I know yours too...but I want more

I hope you feel the same



Tell me, is this real?

These hopeful feelings I feel?

Did I spend an hour with you alone for a reason?

Or was this all just a fluke?

I'm no jock or man of sort

I go for girls with a lot of heart

People who understand what it feels to bleed

I want a girl who knows pain...but knows how to get through



Tomorrow is a new day, new names, new faces

I'll see you at 8:30...I cannot wait

This college game is growing closer to a date

I'll help you out, listen when you shout

Give me a few more days...this might be something real
