Forever forgotten

You know that place

Under a mask

Hides a beautiful face

Shy and so scared

You hurt with just thoughts

Of the great memories you made

But then you forgot



You cry in the night

Just trying to figure life out

People make you angry

But this you won't show

You hold back your tears

Until no one's around

Then you let it all out

You break down to the ground



You cry out to God

Like a baby to a mother

Then you curse him down

As if he was your brother

You pretend it doesn't matter

What you say or do

But you know deep down inside

In the end it is all up to you



Fate has come more than once

To make you fall down and die inside

Sometimes you feel helpless

You always feel alone

You think no one cares

The truth is blind, but they do

You've never found what you need to find

I heart that beats just for you



You hurt every time

They walk on by

You want to call them back

But you think there is no use

It is then that you give up

On this thing they call life

It is then that you feel so alone

And the only friend's the knife



You cut down deep inside

Just enough to touch your coul

But these scars, you cannot hide

They know you've lost all of control

It is then and only then

They pretend that they care

Once they stand you up again

They never seem to be there



You know that I am right

You know that there's nothing to do

Just don't be one of those people

Who turn their back on you

Friends always helping friends

What happened to the last person who was picked

Put yourself in their position

It makes you feel like shit



They ran away today

You knew they wouldn't stay

It was you that drove them crazy

It was you that made them shout

You know that God loved them more

For they knew not what to do

I guess that well all need to be picked last

To Finally follow through



Don't say that you have forgotten

Don't say that you don't care

I know taht deep inside you

There is still a beating heart in there

A heart taht gives you life

A heart that shows you the way

I hope your heart beats right tonight

And it leads back to who created you today



People will be stupid,

I know this without a doubt

There still is no reason to get angry

There is still not a reason here to shout

Calm the hurting deep inside

Take off that mask in which behind you hide

Be free today, Break free today

Yo be truly happy, it is the only way
