Like the children of Isreal that followed God in the wilderness for 40 years questioning Moses why he lead them out of Egypt to die in the wilderness. Freedom, no matter the time or place carries a heavy price. When enough of his children cry out, he hears their pain and contrition and will send even a long time enemy to be the instrument of their salvation.
