I can see that you've been broken,

Beaten down in a hateful world.

You're finding it hard to trust,

But I'm not every girl.

I'm not here to hurt you,

I'm not here to bring you down,

I just want to make you see,

That I can stabilize your ground.

I can be a rock to lean on,

When you're having trouble standing.

And If by chance you fall,

My arms will give you a soft landing.

I know you've had some rough times,

But I can do you good.

Whatever makes you happy,

I'd do it, if I could.

If my smiles made you smile,

I'd wear one permenantly.

If my touch could make you tremble,

I'd handle your heart gently.

Pain is written on your face,

I see the conscious thoughts of doubt.

But I also see the love inside,

That you're longing to let out.

I know you're feeling empty,

And maybe you are scared,

You've known all along I like you,

But I'm telling you I CARE.

I want your life to have me in it,

Everything I've said is true,

So if you feel you're ready,

I'm here, waiting for you.
