She is a great Star

that rises into our sky,

long awaited.  Her

poems are constellated light---

fusing words and emotion.

 

Mediocrity
is banished from her stellar

presence.  Her lines trace

a sacred shrine, and

at its threshhold, only the

sublime is given entrance.

 

(ktr) I hope

that in the stars' own seasons,

you, too, will have the

pleasure of her poetry---

grand reading experience.

(ktr) is an internet poet whose work is not easily found, but very much worth the effort.  As she signs her name with intials in parantheses, I respect her enough to address her in that way.  Therefore, her name, in the poem, is not a paranthetical statement or pause, but simply the format in which she prefers it to appear.
