Devoid of dress

From top to tress

Like trees during the fall

Like statues on the Mall

They seem to be at war

Though they can't make or mar

Oh! they look like dead czar

When I look at them, I wonder

Tell me for what they are?

Author's Notes/Comments: 

The dead czars denote the peope who strip off their values and are shamefully bare due to their moral deprivation. They are doomed to get nothing but humiliation for falsehood or evil(by its nature) is bound to perish.

Devoid of dress from top to tress.... Iqbal if I didn't know better, I would say you are referring to my lack of hair. lol :) I love the analogy of like trees during Fall. Very creative!!
