nothing is more true
she loves me, but....
She asked for me to let her go
To love me and be there for me was just a show
She said that with me she could not grow
The truth is something I need to know
I thought

She said "good nite", held me tight
Said, "I love you, Lonnie" just right
She tells it in a different way
But none of this has to do with what I say
When I spoke to her I only said the truth
when she does she only lied
I am a fool, but if you doubt me
