Talking To Myself (part 1)

do you think talking to yourself is unhealthy?
only if it's a heated arguement that you lose
losing does suck
yeah it does
losing doesn't make you a loser, though
being a loser takes special loser "skills" to do it the right way
and being a loser is very unhealthy
even to other people
especially to other people
other losers don't even like losers
maybe they don't like competition
losers suck
yeah they do
i hate losing
it's just part of life sometimes
i loss my kids
do you think that makes you a loser?
no, but it makes me very angry
sounds bad

angry people often talk to themselves
they do it so they don't act out their anger
so talking to yourself is healthy
and intelligent

i can hear my tone, but i cannot change it

i don't think about it unless it becomes an issue. Usually, someone says something to me
