La Reine

Here in our palace there is nothing to fear
Our little heaven surrounded by the rest of Hell
We can go out as far as the eye can see
Because this palace will always protect you and me

But beware, for night approaches
It is the only thing that can pass these walls
It will cover our world in darkess and drown out the sun
Without its crown in the skies, I am nothing more than just a man named Louis

Darling, that look in your eyes scares me
When the night passed through and melted your eyes
Even though I was always known as King in name
I have failed and now shall be compared to 7

But my love, you are different than I
You will always be refered to La Reine
And your name shall live on like the Mason Goddess
My heart could not be happier

I have gladly lent Atlus a hand
With it I choose my Fate
When the world came crashing down
I at least have known that it was well worth the wait

Night has passed
The palace remains
I am at a loss
But La Reine is here to stay

Intrigued.

Very Beautiful.

I enjoyed reading both of your poems.

I hope you have more to come.
