Give a standard wage for the
Give a standard wage for the hours you wish to work,
then double the rate for extra hours you don’t want to work in the 40hr week. Triple the amount if it goes into personal time and quintuple it if you have to miss a social gathering or important personal event. Then divide by 40 weeks 10 weeks vacation time. ;)
