Evenin’ time

Is a favorite of mine,

It is when I see

My valentine.



The days seem long

Without you there

It is all wrong,

Jus’ ain’t fair.



Both workin’ hard

To make ends meet.

Get home at night,

Dead on our feet.



But love lifts us up

Raising our spirits high,

Being together again

Lets our hearts fly.



I love you my sweet,

Nary a word more be said.

Come let me raise your heat,

Here in our queen sized bed.
