We stand
at the
rivers
edge
clinging
to each
other,
whispering
our
goodbys
but my
heart
won't
let you
go.
We
turned
walked
away
each
going
in a
different
direction.
Separating
but my
heart
said no
I'll never
let you go.
It
keeps
calling
your
name.
Remembers
your sweet
presence
My heart
won't let
you go.

I can relate to the heart
I can relate to the heart never letting go/ for Me it is a blessing at times that keeps Me from going over the edge .Then there's other times it seems a curse that try's to push Me over the edge, I suppose it's all how it's how you look at it at the moment ......but I like the Poem ~ DD ~
Every story-teller bends the myth to his own purpose. that's why a Hero has a thousand faces
