Gracefully bends its head.
Looking out over the waters.
Drinking in its beauty.
Tears once more appear.
The weeping willow, slumps
to the ground crying.
sweet romantic, artistic and semi philosphical touches are foudn in this rich and honey poem..really enjoyed it alot and let me say that you are more then poet..an artist and you know how to be painted the true faces..thats a good ability in you and you know whm to be respected and how much..your own of writing is really heart touching but no tears..you deserve many smiles to sapread more colors to make the environment colorful..best of luck
A most unique perspective, an uncommon perspective that certainly intends to honor a rather common plant. The added implication of consciousness, or personality, makes this, in my opinion, most unusual. I am curious as to how this poem came to be written; and, if I may (as a rank amateur) ask a question, how do you determine where the line breaks?
this type of poetry is called. Personification. taking an object and giving it human traits.
I break my thoughts where I want to. My pleasure to explain my work. Thank you for
asking. heather.
