Author's Notes/Comments:

Saba is a small carribean island that is basically a rock sticking out of the water with a Celtic village built in.  The roadway is a stunning piece of engineering.  It's a 2 hour ferry ride from St. Maarten and well worth the trip.  Tribute written in unrhymed fiverse form.
