The days disappear just to reappear
Trees sleep still only to wake us with huge gusts of wind
I'll write more music just to have you again
Life will never be the same without you there
I've made up my mind never to replace you with anything I come across with
Peaking my head out to see the world now
Trembling like a field mouse just to get by with the day
Thunders of the world spin inside my head
At times it seems like we're forever away
I will show them how you made me the man I am today
So tonight I'll play and dance for you so we're one step closer
If the grass is greener on the other side...
I hope that side is home
