TURNING GREY
I missed the point
Of my life, I resisted
I don't get the point
Every breath was tested
I flipped a coin high
To know my fate
It landed death, I die
Decisions are always pre-made
Arbitrary darkness
Vanishing faces
Hope tightly compressed
Draining colours in all places
I hold dearth of love
And dither to ask
I smile from above
You just haven't seen under my mask
The world's a hell
Made for rancorous sinners
Here evil dwells
And pain? Our daily dinner
Welcome to this universe
All you'll get is hostile gazes
Welcome to this universe
Welcome to the changing phases
Family? Ha! That distant thing
Friends! Those hold them hostile gazes
Of darkness- it's and eternal ring
Ha! Welcome to the changing phases
Flowers whither
Lips blue- nothing to say
Darkness kills! Darkness slithers!
Ha! All the world is turning grey
~eternitywhispers
love this
but it is not just the world we are all turning grey
and too soon
we
fade away
Great job.
Keep writing
Peace

Grey
My hair, my skin one day. Just read that 1 in 4 skin cells is in jeopardy of skin cancer. (somebody wants a grant). Old is grey. People, different every one and that is a gift of diversity. Smiles and cheer and loving bring those qualities back to you in family and friends. Like seedlings, they need weeding and an occasional downpour. :D
