I see her walking down the snowy path
Yet she does not see me or my wrath
I come upon her like a flash
I hit her with a bash
I see her, in my arm
I see her throat and how I want to harm
I bring my teeth to her neck
Seeing her face, reminds me of my first peck
The guilt that pulsed through my veins
Is this all in vain?
I feel my canines grow
But with her, I just throw
I drop her on the ground and let her be
She comes to, but does not see me
For I am a shadow
My reflection is hollow
I watch her leave from a tree
Remembering how good it used be
When I was free
When I was not the forsaken...
Commendable
You had me going there. I was regretting liking your work because I thought you were an abusive jackass in the beginning of the poem, but as I read on I realized you weren't. My bad. I love reading about vampires, too. There's just something erotic and captivating about sucking upon a guy's neck that gets the body going. But, yeah, I loved this piece.
