TO HEATHER BURNS, MY POETESS FRIEND

Heather Burns, my poetess and friend

Has lost somebody she loved so much

I know and I can feel her loss and pray

To God Almighty -- "Please ease her pain"

I also lost a woman I loved

Right from my childhood days

But the very God who made Daphne

Also created the man Burns loved.

And by God I can assure you my friend

That your lonely life will find new love

Just like God the Greatest has blessed me

With the woman who truly loves me

So you too will be blessed by Him

With a new love that will comfort thee...

Lose not hope my poetess friend

God is most loving and merciful

One day, you too will be blessed,

With a love who will love you only.

This poem is a reflection of my innermost heart-felt feelings of my poetess friend Heather Burns. May God bless her in just the same way He blessed me, with somebody who will love her more than the man she loved and still loves...Amen/Aameen.
