Temperature's falling

feels like my soul is dead

can't get my thoughts together

inside this troubled head.

Winter winds are howling

there's a sleepless night ahead

thinking how I miss her

lying in this lonely bed.



I look around in a daze

try to think through my fears

I remember holding her

her scent is in the air.

Now winter winds are howling

and all the windows moan

I'm left with no solution

in this lonely room.

Staring at the ceiling

I see her smiling there.

The fire for joy
