I Cant believe you moved away,
leaving me in this place to stay,
forced to try and make our love remain,
was the only good thing about my day,
when i heard your voice, it reminded me
to keep fighting and maybe some day you
would come home to me.

But the distance between us,
the miles keeping us away,
was too much for you one day,
so you broke your promise
and your words became lies,
and you said goodbye
to me and my life.
Bringing tears to my eyes,
forced to finally say goodbye.
