A friend to me, is someone who's there,
Someone who loves me, someone who cares,
A friend to me, brightens up my day,
Who makes sure I don't fall astray,
A friend to me, likes me for me,
Not someone, that I don't want to be,
A friend to me's there when i'm sad,
When i'm happy, angry, and when i'm mad,
A friend to me, makes me feel special,
They never judge me, they aren't prejudicial,
A friend to me, helps me grow strong,
And when the going gets tough, carry on,
A friend to me, gives me advice,
Free of charge, they ask no price,
A friend to me, will help me see,
Always and forever there for me,
A friend to me, will always listen,
Make it better, make my life glisten,
A friend to me, is all these things,
It's truly what, the good time brings,
Your a friend to me, through and through,
I hope someday, i'll be more like you...

Never stop writing babe - you honestly never know how much your poems can touch peoples lives, in a good way. They can perfectly describe someone's thoughts or feelings, or even just give them a boost of self esteem, or make them laugh when they're having a down day.
