Obsidian glow/ come hold my hand,
And take me where/ the dreams all land,
Fly me back/ a thousand times,
Where hope is your's/ and love is mine,
And glide through webs/ of chrystalline joy,
Woven by the hands/ of an innocent boy,
Cup me in your arms/ rock away my soul,
Carry on gossamer wings/ to where the bells toll,
Find me here/ in the land of sorrow,
And let me sleep/ until tomorrow,
Play my heartstrings like a violin/ 'til they break in two,
Tears drip like ice/ and still: you are you,
Here and now/ stardust in your palm,
The freshness of your/ ventures so calm,
Shaking from the cold/ cradle me,
Letting me know/ that I am free,
Sail through darkness/ rupture my wall,
And catch my heart/ should it ever fall,
Necessary to me/ your life complete,
Come to me/ on winged feet.
I like this peom a lot - your use of words and sounds is very captivating.
