hidden love (forbidden love)

Poetry

A hidden love, forbidden love,

A stolen kiss or two,

Taken in between the sheets so clean,

My body pressed to you.

My slippered feet: with your's they meet,

Up in our cozy bed,

But concealed for now because our vow,

Was one that was not heard said.

Our wet wet kiss, slipped into this,

A beautiful ballad of perfection,

A glass of wine, and here we dine,

With long awaited affection.

A whispered secret, no other could keep it,

No other can know our touch,

A golden fire lit by desire,

And we're shining just as much.

A weakened hug, a gentle tug,

My hand upon your sleeve,

As we depart, you take my heart,

And soundlessly we leave.
