I know that despite what I feel for you,

I won't be able to have what others have,

Not now, maybe not ever,

I can't look into your eyes and see the love that resides within,

Or gaze wonderingly upon your face,

And wonder what I ever did,

To deserve a God send like you,

Though I can find a way to show you,

That the reasons I love you number more than the stars in the sky,

And if I can't feel your touch,

I can atleast imagine how it would be,

A million images running through my mind,

At just a brush against my cheek,

I can dream that at a single smile,

Everything inside me melts,

And I want nothing more than to bask in the glory of your love forever,

Knowing that we are as one,

In mind, heart, and soul,

Believing, for once, that love conquers all,

Age nor distance can truly seperate us,

Maybe in flesh, but never in heart,

"Love" cannot describe how I feel,

It is something different, deeper,

That that which I have felt before,

The fact that I have only known you for day continues to escape my attention,

As I fall even more under your spell.
