Poetry Somehow you know what I want,
Even when I can’t say,
You know I want to love you,
But you know that I can’t stay,
Our love is so forbidden,
Our love can never be,
My family just can’t stand you,
Why won’t they try to see?
That behind that rough exterior,
Behind that long blonde hair,
Is a caring, gentle person,
Who doesn’t know how to share,
You feelings and your love,
Without me here to guide,
Your creative, loving spirit,
Will just have to hide,
You are so tall and handsome,
Mysterious to those,
Who don’t know you like I do,
You true self never shows,
I wish they would just realize,
How much that I need you,
And if they ever make you leave,
I don’t know what I would do,
I know that I will love you,
No matter how far you are,
And if ever you must go,
I will love you from afar.
