But now you seem so far away,

It felt like you were coming tomorrow,

But you changed your direction today.



Why do I get so infatuated,

With people not even worth what I give?

All I want is you to be by my side,

All I want is someone to be with.



I see everyone with your cast upon them,

When will it be my turn for you?

I want someone to love who I am,

Who will pay attention to me too.



I need to know that you will be coming,

To make my emotions run wild,

I want someone that I can play with,

To learn about their soul and their mind.



As I’m waiting for my life to begin,

I want to know you are on your way,

Let me hear your calling,

Let me know you’ll be here to stay!
