Seeking a Shrink
Why do they call'em shrinks?
Anyway I need to see one
To help me think straight for
The first time in my life maybe
And understand what I want
So I'll stop wanting it all
Once not too long ago I'd
Consider it beneath me to
Reach out and seek help
But I've realized that I
Should have done this already
And avoiding what I truly
Am will only delay me
Seeking a Shrink:
They probably call them shrinks because they shrink problems of the mind and emotions that have gotten far too big for the mind to contain. Good luck with your pyschiatric appointment, the poem will be a good reminder. An interesting read this poem.

what a marvelous resolution! EVERYONE NEEDS A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW SOMETIMES! I hope it a goes so well and just make sure you feel comfortable with who ever you decide to help you with. ps here for you any time! my Christmas was wonderful! finally some good times out of the bad. things are looking up! a break does the world of good! hope your Christmas was good too. it takes a lot of give and forgive to make it truly wonderful! hugss.
