Is anyone out there?

Is anyone listening?

Do you hear tears dropping?

Or see my eyes glistening?

You walk right by me,

though I keep on screaming,

You barely raise an eyebrow,

surely I must be dreaming.

CAN YOU HEAR ME I AM DYING
FROM BEING SO IGNORED!!!

But it as if I have not spoken

your expressions remain bored.

I am screaming in your ear now

my lips are pressed against your face.

But you don't even seem to notice,

nor does your pulse begin to race.

Some person you say you are?

Acting like you even care.

But when I'm screaming out in pain

you pretend I'm not really there.

I claw at your coattails asking for help,

and you act is if you don't see.

You keep walking, dragging along

a sad and ragged version of me.

And you oh person I know,

who I treated as my own big sister,

Pay no heed to my cries of pain,

because even when I YELL..... i whisper...
