Bad Peanut Butter and Jelly

Over this bullshit The first bite, full of anticipation and so much expectation.
A familiar meal that many hold dear;
packed with memory, cut in halves and crustless,
but that turned out to be so much less than intended.
A simple stack, three layers of bittersweetness
that should be an easy fix.
But before you put them all together
be sure that the peanut butter
tastes a little bit better.

You know, the thing about peanut butter, is that it sticks your mouth shut, like stitches.
It's not about the taste, but the texture, too "mushy", lacks "firmness", without something sturdy,
it just kinda falls apart. I really loved your perception on this. Very nice. (^-^)
