I appreciate you, ( In every single way )
I appreciate you in every single way
Since you been around how blessed been my days
When the tests they come my way
You're right by my side
You position and don't hide, you buckle up for rough rides
Sometimes we cruise open highways
Sometimes we stuck in gridlock
Whatever comes our way, our love just don't stop
Relationships can be war, and we are the soldiers
We both come in with burdens that's boulders
That's ok because we're a united team
Yes clouds will come, but so will sunbeams
You patiently listen to my hopes and you listen to my dreams
When I hug you and kiss you, I love that your face gleems
That's all you ever want is attention from me
A smile on that pretty face is ascension for me
Sometimes we disagree and it's much tension you see
Sometimes we have to free ourselves from dissension and be
One with each other, love one another
Being cool is out the window, nothing wrong with being smothered
Further we go, the closer we become
I know it gets hard baby, but stand and don't run
He is not done doing a work in us both
As we delve in bible qoutes, in the word we become soaked
I wrote this poem for you, forgive me for not writing more
I Just want to randomly let you know that you I adore
You take care of me when my pockets are empty
You're a such a loyal friend and lover to me
I thank you so much for being here to hold
Thank you for warming my bed when my nights get cold
Thank you for your touch, and thank you for your kiss
Thank you so much, you're my unending gift.
