Standing before me, both in flesh and soul:

more than exquisite, more than beautiful,

her presence makes me feel entirely whole.

Her gaze and smile, that long hair, and each curve

are more than I (now or hencedorth) deserve.

(Temptation's whispered accusation---Lewd!---

it not appropriate.  Yes, she is nude,

nor is my nature's first reaction rude.)

I should have known the Maker would exceed

all that I have hoped for, and had dared plead.

In her are answered both desire and need.

Made from a rib, (but not bone thin), indeed

she has been formed to be, and is, my better

part:  yes, I am improved just having met her.
