If I called for assistance or a referral to a call center, belligerence would not be my voice - humility (not used to asking for help) would be. I was raised to speak courteously on the phone always. Those teachings never leave you and that one in particular has served me well for a lifetime. I wish you calm callers afuture - Lady A
