So pretty You are
How I love to hold You
To smell You; Inhale You
I keep Your softness close to me
You are mine to keep
To hold You tight against me
So close, until I feel You inside me
Beneath my flesh; into my blood
Dampness; Clothing clinging to flesh
As suddenly as You came; You're gone
Part of You forever remaining inside me
Living and breathing in the scars of your love.

I liked reading this piece.

I liked reading this piece. You need to pick up your pen again. You were on a roll. Maybe you still are. Smiles

I can interpret, interpretation is my own.
Your feelings are the ones that matter. The reader feels only that which the poet exposes.
You've shown me that I know so little. These words resonate in me...

"Beneath my flesh; into my blood
Dampness making my clothing stick to my flesh
And just as suddenly as You came; You're gone
A part of You forever remaining lodged inside me
Living and breathing in the scars of your love."

Forever is hurt, those scars to the heart.
Interpret, I can interpret only my own heart.
Your words, your heart and soul move me so...
I really love this poem...

"One of the best results of life, is the torment of love"

Dylan Eliot
