Yes, interesting work, but not stricly Haiku! Have you come across the other Japanese popular form: 'Tanka'? again it is syllable-rule based. It might suit your style better. Link for you ~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waka_%28poetry%29#Tanka
