Jonathan FeBland
I have been writing poetry since the age of five.
I write all types of poetry from serious to lightweight and I am equally at home with prose.
As a writer, I have produced work in many different genres. Diary/Journal, Philosophical observations/apothegms, tv sitcoms (awarded 2nd prize in the Radio Times Comedy and Drama Awards, 1993 - this was in the category for a new undiscovered writer - unfortunately, I haven't had any of my work made for TV yet!), stage play, novel (work in progress), belles lettres, blogging, online diary, comments and critiques, webchat/forums/reviewing many different artistic media & eBay conceptual pieces (a group of which were entered although not shortlisted for the 2006 Turner Prize).
I am a Classical Musician. I was a full-time student at the Royal Academy of Music, London, 1978-1982 specialising in Composition.
I like to smile with the wise and dine with the rich. (Samuel Johnson attrib.)
