I want your hand in mine, as we, walk through life,

I want your, skin on mine, as we, burn through time,

we'll be the moon and sun, burning in, a cloudless,

midnight sky.



I want to pick you up, kiss all your broken parts,

together we, can, solve the puzzle, patch the holes,

together we can, forget the word, misery.



You'll see what it's like, to be loved, down to,

your toes, staring into your eyes, I'll see,

all those secret places, no one else, ever knows,

and my love will burn brighter, through and through,

down to your toes.



Together, together we'll be, perfectly flawed, perfection,

we'll glow brighter, than ever before, burning brighter,

than the sun, you and me, two halves, together, making one.



You'll look in, you'll stare into, and see,

all those locked, hidden worlds, buried, deeply,

inside of me, all the special places, the world,

never sees, I'll share them with you, because of,

the love you share with me, and for the first time,

I'll get to be, a real boy, get to realize, all,

the potential, I've kept hidden, inside of....



Me.  You.  I.  Us.  Together, we'll be, a home,

and a family, our sanctuary will span, the circle,

of our embrace, eyes locked, love will flow, every time,

I run my hands, my lips, across your face, down your jaw,

along your neck, hands searching, lips caressing,

knowing you better, than you know yourself,

and the love will flow.



Into us and out into the world, touching lives and creation,

boulder hurled ripples, in this cosmic pond, alighting in the,

eyes of loved ones, friends and foes alike, touching everyone,

this, miracle, of miraculously unfettered freedom, found, simply, in the touch of our hands, our lips, the joining,

of our souls, the joining, of two halves, making a, made, whole.



Romantic sighs, romantic ties, no longer will, instant,

gratification, tell its lies, I want it, want your, all,

for ever, the ever that is left, to me, to you, to us.



My heart in your hands, yours in mine, my soul waiting,

watching, from behind blue eyes, for your embrace, for,

a counterpart, a center-part, for completion, found,

only, in the other half, lost at birth, along the road,

far past redemption, unless, it is to be, found,

in your arms, legs, twined 'round me, mouths locked,

hungrily, will you, redeem me?



Will, you, join me, complete me, save me, from, living,

life, half alive, always less, than should be, will you,

twine, your fingers betwixt mine, and meet, the soul,

staring, from behind blue eyes, eye to eye, souls bared,

heart, needing to be shared.



Will you, redeem me?
