so to be quite blunt about this subject

there is more to life than what band shows you are attending

or who you are going there with

or even what people you know who are in that band

it is fun

really

but when reality hits you on the back and screams at you to grow up

who are you going to fall on?

you really think those bands will help

maybe you can prove me wrong

but i want to see you grow up

i want to see you live the life of honesty

i know it makes me selfish

i know

but life is more than what bands you see

and where you go to see them at

it's what you put in your life

and how you live your life

and what you make of it

and love is love.

i love you despite it all

but you are not the guy for me

and it's ok

i will still love you

because that's how it should be

so when i am in my college class

and you are out playing your god-awesome songs

will you think of me at all?
