I agree society is quite cold these days and human factor often lacking terribly. Yet never feel you are a no one. You are a special individual with purpose and merit. You are a person who has skills and talents. you are special onto yourself no matter whether anyone else notices or not.You did not come into this world to be a nothing and no one. Remember God loves everyone. You may not want to hear something that religious but it is truth.Don't give up even if there are fools out there making you feel down.Believe in yourself and your abilities! I don't know you personally but I feel everyone is special in their own given way.
This reminds me of Emily Disckinson's poem "I'm nobady."
"I'm nobody! Who are you?
Are you nobody, too?
Then there's a pair of us -don't tell!
They'd banish us, you know.
How dreary to be somebody!
How public, like a frog
To tell your name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!"
Her poem has whimsy to it, but, like yours, there is also pain. But everybody is somebody - you exist, and have important things to say. Keep writing :)

At Kerry: thanks for that note! Its only now that I realized its semblance to Emily Dickinson's. I actually like Emily's poetry a lot - all too human!
