Sounds from Within

The soft whispers from within the fragmented mind

Seeping through the body and awakened soul at night

Grey cells meandering through the silent capillaries

Difficult it is to free the mind from its earthly worries

Meditating in the wee hours of the low trafficked morn

Mind and body is fresh again all their weariness gone

I like the contrast you make in each sentence, they are so comparable yet contrasting. Soothing poetry for the sleepless through meditation and a new begining the outcome, well done very cleverly written, your poem is an excellent read and well written.
