                       Ice         

An ice cube which just fits into the palm

Try to crush it will all his might

Hand aches – pain and icy numbness

He is scared to let go the experience

The dull frozen pain remains seems unending

Ice cold water drips mercifully through fingers

After long while the ice is gone the feeling lingers

His palm is warm and dry – the pain is gone

So has the meaningful experience of reality

The thoughts linger-palms ache to become cold    

Seeing the ice-cubes in glasses of fizzy drinks

Wraps his fingers around the frosted glass

In hot summer ,the feeling is nice,the pain is gone

Cold is gold in summer ,too much is pain,all in one
