Contradiction
If history repeats itself,
Then what am I if not contradiction?
Living life based on free will,
yet repeating past decisions.
Everything I could ever want,
everything I can desire,
has been someone else's dream,
driven by their own "personal" fire.
If ambition is a quality,
unique to my own self,
then what is the quantity,
of the ideas I wish to expel?
Alas, the true question,
"What identifies the you?"
Given to your discretion,
are you anything new?
Sigh.
