It's a shame you don't have fangs, or catch fire in the sunlight; it would have saved us all so much pain, effort and love had we known we were feeding the undead all this time.

I'm 62 going on 85 physically, but have been in the literary arts for (ever) since I was in me teens (first major poem published in 1969, second in 1971). I was 19 and 21, then I really got serious - 16 books later, I know when "ready" exists, take the plunge, get wet, you can always shake off the rain from time to time to return to the land of the non writing lay world. Grass underfoot makes sense, you'll need that, the poetry world is viscious and wonderful - LOL
