It came so fast, that fist of steel
The crunch of bone, it felt surreal
The initial pain I did not feel
As usual, I was your meal
I stay silent, I dare not frown
I turn away, my head slummed down
My blood dips freely reddish brown
It soils my new silk nightgown
My brain it pleads, please NO MORE
But I know my cries you will ignore
So I’ll just lay here on the floor
And wait in shame for your encore
Dark souls. May you always
Dark souls. May you always stay free of them!

"Well, it's love, but not as we know it."
scarey if its real, report it!
if its fiction its very compelling! some tweaks and you got yourself a very very effective and excellent poem! my heart literally breaks for the victim. The last line well... that was a doosie lets just say it had the effect I am sure you intended and all the thought processes about why she would be ashamed etc. a very mind opening and haunting poem. Well done!
