to my little shop
with the door handle
held in the palm of my hand
My new bakery and pastry
Where I work almost everyday
Here located in Venice.
here in my Italy
I kneed the sweet bread
mixing it slowly
The morning is almost here
when people arrive
and enjoy my masterpiece
I hope I do not dissapoint
I hope I did a wonderful job
Enjoying the look of the smiles of the people
I realize that I am a baker.
A bakery dedicated to making people's lives that much sweeter

Only another bread maker can understand how much thought and effort is required to make not just good baked goods but excellent breads and cakes everytime from the tempreture of the yeast, the flour mix every measurement every every new idea it is a masterful trade indeed like poetry in action love your work Bella! Yeas wonderful art wonderful culture I love the farmlands and the endless sunflowers on the train to Firenze! The DUMO is also beautiful and the festivals! Una fatsa una razza regazze! ;)

It is a beautiful building!
It is a beautiful building! Although I am a christian I still love to visit the catholic cathedrals and buildings. It astonishes me how intricate they are.

But the schism is a big story, just not interpreted correctly.
We are all brothers and sisters in Christ and to cut a division would be wrong. Do not believe what others say about other Christians and everyone has favor in gods eyes everyone is worth his time it is the sin he rejects. Do not judge others, let the Lord decide :) forgive me I'm feeling rather spiritual. I am an orthodox but I have my own spiritual relationship with God. I don't go by cultural devices as some may do blindly following the letter of the law rather than connecting with the spirit and the spirit of the law. God bless SS

Catholics are christians. The
Catholics are christians. The beliefs I have are a bit more different and here in Italia, people tend to act as though they are very different so I grew up in my youth years having that though put into me. It is very difficult to be different in the religous circle in Italia.

Oh thank you! I do hope it is that type of bread. I wish you could come and visit I would bake you a lovely almond or a chocolate buttermilk or an amaretto cake. I would bake all the cakes I know how to because I would become carried away in my baking.

It is difficult to give
It is difficult to give directions. My bakery is in a place that makes it look as if it is a secret. The customers I get are my best customers for they invite new people to my shop. I live in a beautiful house and I drive farther out of the outskirts of the city. There is a place with many turns and buildings and stairs. In one of those alleys there is a small part in the buildings and at the end of it there is a small room. When you open the room you enter my shop. It is much larger on the inside than what it looks. My shop is more of a local place that people only know of by hearing about it.

No I am sorry. Because of how
No I am sorry. Because of how secluded my shop is, it does not have an address. I bought the shop from an old chef. The small restaurant is now my shop and ,when the chef originally owned it, it is where my fiance and I had our first date.

sounds great thank you , I was a head baker at a school of 900 students , I enjoyed makeing breads , desserts , and rolls , amoung other things ... I am wanting to go back to it but have to wait for my lil ones to get a tad biyt older .. .Thank you for your translations .....
