A Note For The Readers

Hello, to all the people who has been here.

Thankyou for stopping by and reading my poems.

I just thought of to tell you something about my writing

well, as my friend Marian had told me, she found my poems depressing and sad. She asked me, "Mavis, what is the matter with you? Why dont you see the happier things in life??"

Well.. all I could say was "sorry, I am just going through some tough time"

so any ways... what I am trying to tell you is that, the poems that I wrote comes from my heart and of what I felt at that moment. And unfortunately, I am the type that captures saddness and depression and anger easily and let happiness etc slip away. So, in the future I'll try to write poems about happiness and joy (for Marian's sake) and maybe, one day, I'll be truely happy. But for now it's the blue and the gloom with the tears and blood for me.

Enjoy...

Sincerely,

Mavis

p.s. what a babbling note! made no sense at all hehehe opps! sorry.

Tell me, who writes poetry without feeling? Who writes poetry with no emotions? Whose poetry comes from their foot?

Just keep writing like you do. As long as you writing from your heart you will do well, even if it depressing. I am the same way how you seem to only see the depressing things, but don't worry about that.

Mavis, I just thought that I would stop in and say that some of the best writings come from devestating and painful things...keep putting your experiences in ink, and maybe you will not only have some positive works from them, but it may help you to sort it all out, too :) Some nice works!
