I haven’t known you all that long,

But then again long enough.

To know that I have truly found,

A friend I can solely trust.



I know you probably don’t think the same,

I’m sure I don’t mean much to you.

But that doesn’t really matter to me,

Because you help me with all that you do.



Maybe we haven’t met many times,

Maybe we don’t have many memories.

But I think that if we try hard enough,

We’ll have many moments left to cease.



And now that you are reading this,

Thinking of what I’m trying to say.

I want you to know that through it all,

I’m here for you day by day.



I don’t think you really know,

How great you seem to be.

And that lots of people think it as well,

It defiantly isn’t just me.



Inside you hold so many qualities,

Which help others through hard times.

I mean, the amount that you’ve helped me,

Is enough to write in these lines.



You put light into others lives so well,

Though yours seems to stay so dark.

I want you to let those people help you,

Let them leave their mark.



As peoples love is a virtue,

Don’t ever let it slip by.

Coz I don’t want to ever give up,

On a friendship to worthy to die.



Please let me try when you need it,

As I want to help you to get through.

It would make me feel so privileged,

If you’ll trust me like I do you.
