to live once more

i had been dead once
Don' ask me how
I won't tell you
It will be a secret
I will carry to my grave
The day i die again.
It wasn't a perfect death
For nothing is and will ever be.
Now i'm alive again
Credit to the One above
Another chance is mine
A new life to begin.
To live once more
To rise up from death
With hope so great
With boundless faith
To conquer life..
To live once more
A life so far from before.

"It wasn't a perfect death"

Such a casual admittance following the vowing to secrecy on the "how" delivers with a shout 'acceptance' and - though it may seem ironic to some - 'calm'. A sense of immortality that has nothing to do with length of life, itself. It's wholly spiritual.
