Underneath the majesty of the clear, sunny skies,
sitting out in the cool, gentle, healing autumn breeze,
we have eased our souls into a newly-found peace of mind.
Two bright characters of the opposite sex,
both relaxing, a cigarette adorning the hands of each;
two former adolescents, thrust into adulthood, smiling wide.
A reunion has taken place here, upon this grassy knoll,
for these two souls have before crossed paths—
young teenagers, drawn together by a strangely binding love.
Formed many a year ago, this love,
it clutches both the male and female;
their bright prospects of differing futures are joined into one.
Unity has come to their lives,
overshadowing and destroying any and all negativity which has reigned supreme;
the American Dream of Love and Romance has been realized.
