.
I want a garden party.
You bring the tea
and I'll bring the bowl
for roses.
.
No thorns are welcome,
no gloves will be necessary
this year: "He loves me,
he loves me more, he
loves me, he loves
me pure."
.
Instead, we will use daises
and ever bloom rose petals,
pink to pale yellow, ripe
wine red, two-toned,
or peach petals; too
perfect to pluck.

I love daisies of all colors.
I love daisies of all colors. Blue, yellow, pink, white..... they are all just beautiful in mine sight!!!
....and the memories of making "daisy chains"... in my youth it was even at times "dandelion chains" or whatever was around!!! Fun stuff!

...and he asked her, "do you write poetry? Because I feel as if I am the ink that flows from your quill."
"No", she replied, "but I have experienced it. "

Vacant lots filled with dandelions were picked and put in brown paper bags and peck baskets for my grandmama to make dandeline wine. Daisies are nice. Thanks for stopping for a read and a chat. ~A~
liked it
I like the use of colors, flowers, and a party for nature. your poetic license lets you use any color you want and what a beautiful image you paint.
Nature Users
As a writer (with poetic license) I love color usage. When I learned of it as a possibility to write with, I became a deciple of hues. Thanks for the reading of ma stuff, you ~Lady A~
